LYNDA MURPHY
Lynda has extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources. Prior to becoming a partner at MacKenzieYoung, she was a Director in the
Financial Services sector with executive responsibility for Human Resources.
As well as developing and implementing
HR Strategy, Lynda has sponsored extensive
Change Management programmes and tutored on international
leadership courses.
Lynda applies her practical experience and skill set in all aspects of MacKenzieYoung's services, whether it is developing HR strategy and HR processes, designing and delivering leadership development programmes, coaching, or employee dispute resolution.
She is a Trustee of the Industrial Relations Research Trust, a qualified 360 Degree Facilitator; has a post graduate diploma in
Executive Coaching and Business Mentoring; is an accredited Mediator; practicing member of the
Irish Institute of Mediation and is accredited in the use of BarOn Emotional Intelligence Inventory.
TREVOR MAWHINNEY
Prior to entering consultancy, Trevor was a senior executive in the Financial Services Industry, most recently specialising in new business start-ups in the UK and in Europe.
Trevor has operated at FTSE100 Subsidiary Board Level, as Director and as Chairman. His international business experience includes managing businesses in Holland, Ireland and Luxembourg as well as responsibility for significant project
development activity in the Far East.
Trevor is able to use his wealth of practical business experience to add value to proposed solutions whilst at the same time building rapport based on many years operating across a range of management disciplines from HR to Sales Management to
General Management.
He was educated at Queens University, Belfast and INSEAD, France. Trevor has a Post Graduate Diploma in
Executive Coaching and, as an accredited Mediator, is a practicing member of the Irish Institute of Mediation. He is accredited in the use of
BarOn Emotional Intelligence Inventory.
